For a special treat with rice or in bread rolls. They bind very well and have a chewy, meaty texture when fried.
You will need:
Firm tofu ~ 500 gm.
1 onion finely chopped.
Crushed fresh garlic
Soy sauce
Salt
Italian herbs or mixed herbs
1 cup flour (more or less depending on water content of tofu).
Spoon or two of water if mixture seems too stiff.
Method:
Mix all together, shape into patties or burgers and shallow fry or grill.
